I started 32Recruit due to being made redundant during Covid-19. After speaking with potential clients, I had the confidence there was a gap in the market for the level of service I offer.In August 2022 32Recruit was purchased part of the acquisition was myself joining HLP as a Director. Following nearly 18 months at HLP Consulting, with 32Recruit getting quieter in the background, I was given the chance take back full control and ownership of 32Recruit, this was an option I couldn’t turn down. With love for the branding and a huge desire to achieve what I set out to do in 2020 when the business formed, 32Recruit is back. I will be recruiting day to day whilst managing the business and creating a platform to grow 32Recruit into an agency people would be proud to work for, candidates will be grateful we represent them, clients want us as an extension of themselves and suppliers crave to be associated with us. I will continue to have 32Recruit set standards in all areas that are far greater than the industry expects and has been forced to accept. 32Recruit will be a business built off over 10 years of solid relationships, trust, respect and loyalty. I will continue to utilise my network, sharing my exclusive candidates with suitable clients and representing clients who share similar values to myself. I will be suppling both permanent and freelance, white collar construction professionals to all types of Main Contractors, Developers and Sub-Contractors, across London and the South East. Whilst a broad spectrum, I work on relationships, so have people in various fields of the industry. Working with myself, you not only gain someone who genuinely wants to help, is extremely well connected, technically sound in your field, but also someone who is also very passionate about the construction industry.
