United Pet Care is a pet wellness membership program focused on making high-quality pet healthcare accessible to pet parents everywhere. We function as a two-sided network, connecting local vets and employers/employees via a voluntary benefits channel. For employers, we are a way to show employees they value employee wellness (both mental and financial) and a great differentiator for recruiting and retaining top talent. For our members, we are an accessible alternative to pet insurance with low monthly dues and no exclusions or payment delays – allowing them to access more and better healthcare for their pets via savings pre-negotiated with our in-network vets. We serve veterinary practices looking to fill their excess capacity, giving them preferential access to local employer groups and helping them source new clients to maximize the productivity of their staff. We also help de-risk the business case for vets looking to make incremental investments in new technology & staff by providing a steady flow of new gainfully employed clients. We currently have a presence in AZ and southern CA, but are looking to rapidly expand our network in the coming years. Our mission is to make world-class pet healthcare available and accessible to pet parents everywhere. Our vision is that every employee will one day be offered options to protect their pets as a benefit offered by their employer.
