As a husband and father, I value time outdoors with my family, especially camping and fishing.Professionally, I design learning systems that help organizations develop leaders and practitioners at scale.I am a Learning and Development executive with experience building certification programs, curriculum frameworks, and facilitator networks that translate behavioral science and leadership concepts into practical learning experiences. My work focuses on designing structured learning programs that organizations can deliver consistently across teams, departments, and locations.With over 20 years of experience, I have led the development of leadership and behavioral training programs used by practitioners in government, community supervision, and professional development environments. This work includes building facilitator support systems, curriculum architecture, and learning resources that strengthen program fidelity while expanding reach.As a collaborative leader, I work closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, and organizational leaders to ensure learning programs remain practical, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
