Over the past 21 years, I’ve built a career rooted in discipline, adaptability, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, manage multimillion-dollar fleets and facilities, and execute mission-critical projects across the globe—from Korea and Germany to the desert southwest of the United States.My background spans project management, maintenance operations, workforce development, and safety compliance. I’ve overseen teams of up to 54 professionals and led daily operations supporting $742M in aircraft and $4.3M in facility assets. Whether I was optimizing inventory systems, launching virtual reality training programs, or ensuring OSHA/EHSS compliance, my approach has always been centered on process improvement and measurable results.Some of the proudest moments in my career came when I could directly quantify the impact: saving workforce hours by improving inspection and repair workflows; avoiding $340K in costs by addressing recurring maintenance challenges with engineers; or boosting operational readiness by developing targeted training programs that supported over 1,500 personnel annually. I’ve consistently brought projects in on time and under budget, with a track record of identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions that raise the bar for performance and safety.I thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and strategic planning drive success. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Google Project Management Certificate, with an active DoD Secret Clearance. My goal now is to bring the same level of commitment, attention to detail, and leadership to a forward-thinking organization—ideally one that values continuous improvement and hands-on operational oversight.Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing motorcycle rides and hiking through the desert landscape. I like to keep my hands busy, whether I’m doing maintenance or upkeep on my home or vehicles. Giving back to the community is also important to me, and I love to travel whenever I can, taking the opportunity to learn about new cultures, traditions, and ways of life.
