Oversee the design and execution of high school tutoring and mentoring programming for future first generation college students. Work closely with university and corporate partners to coordinate EIP\'s career pathways initiatives, including shadowing, mentorship, and career day opportunities to connect professionals with EIP students. Designed and developed EIP\'s college transitions programming, college student mentorship, transition to college events, and support to EIP students attending George Mason. Design and facilitate essay writing and college preparation programming for 250 high school 11th and 12th grade students to aid in their transition to college. Teach Univ 108 course for first-semester, first generation college students at George Mason University. Coordinate STEM Fusion program, which brings over 350 high school students to George Mason University on Saturday\'s to receive programming based in the STEM fields from certified high school instructors and STEM professionals.
