About Aaron Moses

I have a background of diverse skills that started in automotive maintenance then worked into management in the automotive and transportation industry and a short stretch in healthcare management. I used that experience to facilitate my research as I worked through my Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Arlington. I now am the chair of the Business Department, and I teach as an Associate Professor, at Southwestern Adventist University. I am a proponent of competency based education and I spend much of my time working to change teaching styles and skills, presentation styles, and class format to support this type of education so that when my students graduate, they actually are competent in skills that will be applicable in the workplace.
