In my role as Senior Project Manager, I\'ve effectively collaborated with the County Department of Public Works, coordinating with our in-house and external design teams to develop initial project estimates and schedules. My responsibilities include overseeing the creation and submission of plan check packages, ensuring compliance and accuracy through our internal approval processes.I am also responsible for developing project scopes and line items needed to obtain accurate proposals from general contractors. This involves a thorough analysis of bids and making strategic recommendations to the County council, focusing on quality, cost, and efficiency.My role encompasses managing the construction phase, including budget updates, schedule management, change order approvals, and overseeing the project closeout process. My goal is to ensure seamless transitions to operational phases, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
