About Aaron M.

After 8 years of being an insurance adjuster, I learned quite a bit and won awards related to customer service, improved communication, team building, and innovation. I became the subject matter expert on numerous estimating and claims handling applications and taught the training courses for new hires. Those programs worked fairly well, but they did need some workarounds, and the user experience wasn’t always intuitive. It occurred to me that a better way to make improvements would be to develop new applications using C#, HTML, JavaScript and CSS that don’t need workarounds but that function in a way that support efficiency and clear communication.As a.net developer I’m understanding how a lot of these problems could have been solved by better structuring or organization. It has been fun seeing how the things I’ve learned at Centriq have huge impact for the user. I love learning new things and am excited to transition to a field that will allow me to pursue life-time learning.Currently, I’m looking for a company where I can help find practical solutions for people like my former co-workers, but I’m also looking for a company that is willing to help to develop and invest in me.
