ABOUT AARON MCKEE

With the combination of a baby on the way and my longing for decent soda bread, I decided to return to N.Ireland and join the Colliers Project & Building Consultancy team in 2016. My main areas of work are generally related to Building/Acquisition Surveys, the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidation\'s and Condition, Contract Administration, Project Management, Property Maintenance, Feasibility Studies and Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a variety of clients across investor, commercial, industrial and retail sectors. I previously joined Cushman & Wakefield (formally DTZ) in September 2014 having graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying. During my time with DTZ I have gained a wide range of commercial building surveying experience across both the public and private sectors acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant.I gained 1 years internship experience working for a global property developer in Malaysia, working in many different sectors of the organisation. I gained valuable experience working in the international construction industry, interacting with superiors from different professions and backgrounds enlightened me to a variety of other customs and cultures. Additionally I have over 7 years’ experience in one of the UK\'s leading specialist façade contractors where I was involved from the initial fabrication stages of many multi-million pound contracts, to the installation and completion of the contracts. I have been proactive in pushing myself throughout my professional experiences and education. I have repeatedly achieved success in all my endeavours, and I will stop at nothing to do the same wherever I am employed. I have a strong work ethic and a constant drive to be the best that I can be.
