Since our humble beginnings Stratum has grown to become a leader in the audio-visual rental and design space. Providing comprehensive audio, video, lighting, and staging rentals along with cutting edge design and audio-visual installation services our team of passionate and personable professionals is here to create immersive experiences that connect the artist with the audience. Utilizing industry-leading technology our team can facilitate and flawlessly execute events of all shapes and sizes in the corporate, touring, film, television, and theatre. am highly skilled in effective communication, specifically in values, direction, mission and vision of an organization, administrative skills, and heavily trained in the creative side of Social Media development. I am also highly equipped to be able to lead others around me in a skilled team to accomplish the mission given to us.I have been in ministry for the last 10 years both in on-and-off full time positions that include being a Worship Pastor, Youth Pastor and Executive Pastoral duties. I have many years experience of stage design and development and AV creation for stage building. One of my passions is creating atmospheres where people can experience the Living God. And that can come in the form of a conversation, corporate worship, or even developing other teams in different Houses of Worship. I have mostly been in the sales arena when I was not in a full time ministry position. So I have around 7+ years of sales experience in both B2B and B2C solutions. I love people and it is what drives me to be able to meet their needs and desires the best way I can!
