About Aaron Mayers
Eclectic journey that has allowed me to meet some incredibly talented people. Back to something I\'m excited and passionate about, blending my early interest in architecture with project management and an entrepreneurial spirit.2021 brings the creation of Rez by Mez Development, LLC, and an acquisition of land in Tampa, Florida. Navigating zoning, permitting and design, I hope to break ground on the first phase of the Rez Tampa in the summer of 2022. Stay tuned!

Exciting new project. Acquiring a pair of properties in the opportune West Shore Planning District in Tampa, Florida, and working with very talented architects and contractors to bring the Rez Tampa to life. Townhomes at the Rez Tampa will be an upscale community just east of the home of the Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Each home will be three stories, 3 or 4 BR, 3 BA, and about 2,100 square feet of living spaces filled with natural light and a contemporary vibe. The first phase of 10 homes is expected to break ground summer 2022, with residents moving in spring 2023. The Rez Tampa website is coming soon with early sketches, site plans, details, and how you can get more information about the newest townhome community in Tampa.
