My career has been a fascinating journey, marked by a continuous quest for excellence and a commitment to quality. It began in the automotive industry, where I worked my way up from a Technician to Assistant Service Manager and Service Consultant. This experience allowed me to develop strong customer service and management skills while maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.In 2007, I transitioned into the aerospace sector, where I played a pivotal role as a Shop Lead. This phase of my career saw me grow into a mentor, honing my leadership skills and ensuring a skilled workforce. I was responsible for optimizing workflow efficiency, fostering a high-performing and knowledgeable team, and supervising multiple areas of fabrication and assembly.My journey continued in the aerospace field, where I focused on composite fabrication, tool construction, and training program development. I designed and conducted various training programs, created training aids, and assessed the performance of trainees, ensuring they acquired the necessary skills. My ability to adapt to changing needs and excel in a dynamic environment was evident as I continued to evolve in my role.In my current position, I am responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I was given an opportunity to join the Stratolaunch quality department as it and the company grew. Some of my day to day activities include performing in process inspections of parts and assemblies on vehicles being manufactured along with flight vehicles, documenting any issues/non conformances found, receiving inspections, and a variety of audits. My inspections can range from composite structure, metallic structure, systems and avionics along with FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection). I have also been able to be apart of RCCA groups to find the root cause of an issue.
