   Codified the evaluation process to allow multiple evaluation teams to identify over $700M in project opportunities- Identified $400 million is project savings as a project evaluator through positive risk generation- Led TVA\'s effort to reduce adverse cold weather events. This took TVA from a condition that it could not service demand resulting in a forced reduction in load to servicing a record load size in the subsequent winter- Was TVA\'s project risk subject matter expert and trained project managers to construct risk registers complete with response plans, size estimates, and burndown curves- I led a project to develop a Best-in-Class risk management tool supported by training and processes with productivity savings of $55K/yr and a targeted improvement of $120M in project variances and more effective allocation of capital to achieve strategic goals.
