   Hired onto the Executive Leadership Team tasked with modernizing and growing the business. In our first 12 months I oversaw a SKU rationalization, brand / packaging refresh, and wholesaler transition from Wine Warehouse to the Anheuser-Busch distribution network. Since starting my role the brewery has grown PODs by 5x and Distributed Volume 3x. Create and execute ABPs with our 10 Southern California distributor partners and internal sales team. Includes commercial brewing calendar, new item launches, pricing strategy, marketing spend, POD / channel targets, strategic internal KPIs and more. Lead a team of four Territory Managers to properly service accounts and increase business in these geographiesManage all duties that relate to National Accounts. Create New Item Submissions, present on buyer calls, and track Chain GAPs. Have gained business at Costco, Trader Joe\'s, AVP, Grocery Outlet, Total Wine, Bevmo, and Baron\'s Market Oversee taproom operations and manage a team including our Event / Social Media Specialist and Taproom Manager. Opened Mission\'s first satellite taproom in August of 2023
