Having starting with Dumfries and Galloway Council as a Risk Management and Business Continuity Advisor before venturing into the world of Information Governance and Complaints, firstly at Dumfries and Galloway Council, followed by Carlisle City Council and now Leeds City Council, I have a wide range of transferable skills due to creating, implementing and embedding corporate and tailored frameworks, policies, procedures, guidance and training programmes.
