As a Command Group Operations Sergeant for the US Army, I managed the daily operations within a brigade command group which impacted over 4,400 soldiers, ensuring readiness, efficiency, and compliance. I also coordinated and oversaw daily operations to include training, personnel administration, and logistics for the most senior members of the organization. I also provided leadership and guidance to junior soldiers. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree in Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I am learning the fundamentals of real estate finance, investment, development, and management. I have a strong interest in the intersection of real estate and sustainability, and I aspire to apply my skills and experience to create positive social and environmental impact through real estate. I have over five years of work experience in the military, and I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018 with a bachelor\'s degree. I possess skills such as resiliency, time management, and creative strategy, which enable me to overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and deliver results. I am passionate about serving my country and my community, and I value teamwork, integrity, diversity, and excellence.
