KFE partnered with Spaceland Presents and Arts & Recreation Hospitality (A&R Inc) in LA to launch The Regent Theatre, as well as, A&R Inc to build Arrive Hotel in Palm Springs. KFE is also a partner with Monoblock Presents and Red Light Management on the critically acclaimed music fest, Desert Daze Festival in Southern CA.
