I’m an operator, founder, and strategist focused on building high‑performing organizations and solving complex business challenges with clarity, data, and execution.Today, I serve as COO of Catalyst IQ, a newly launched digital marketing company formed through the merger of four industry‑leading organizations—including Adpearance, which I co‑founded and previously led as CEO. Catalyst IQ brings together the best capabilities of these teams under a single vision: to transform how businesses connect with buyers through a unified market intelligence framework.Our platform integrates real-time inventory and pricing intelligence directly into core marketing workflows—advertising, websites, and lead capture and nurture—creating a more efficient, transparent, and performance‑driven ecosystem for our partners. My role is to align people, systems, and strategy to operationalize this framework at scale and deliver measurable results across industries.As a founder of Adpearance, I’ve always believed that combining exceptional talent with the right technology unlocks outsized value.
