Aaron Jackson is the CEO of NaturPak, a leading food manufacturer specializing in bone broth, protein-based foods, and pet nutrition products packaged in sustainable Tetra Recart cartons. With facilities in Janesville, Wisconsin, NaturPak provides R&D, co-manufacturing, and packaging solutions for some of the most respected brands and retailers in human and pet nutrition.Before his role at NaturPak, Jackson was recruited by the founder of Tru Fru, where he played a pivotal role in building and institutionalizing the business. Tru Fru rapidly became the fastest-growing frozen brand in America, establishing a category-of-one position in the frozen novelty, fruit, and dessert segments. His contributions were instrumental in helping the company through its acquisition by Mars Inc. in December 2023.Additionally, Jackson partnered with The Production Board (Venture) as CEO at NorQuin, an investor-backed natural foods enterprise. During his four-year tenure, he transformed the start-up into a category leader, achieving a fourfold revenue increase and overseeing an investment by Ingredion (INGR).Prior to his role at NorQuin, Jackson partnered with Trivest (Private Equity) and served as President & CEO of Wise Company, Inc. His leadership spearheaded the company\'s rapid expansion, establishing it as a category leader and ultimately led to a successful exit in 2016.
