About Aaron Neal
Aaron Neal, PhD (He/Him/His), is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in teaching, training, research, program development, and clinical practice. He earned a bachelor\'s degree in biology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a master\'s in education from Teachers College. He then completed his PhD in Clinical Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Aaron takes a relational approach in his practice as a trainer, clinician, and researcher, partnering with people to accomplish their clinical, training, and evaluation goals. His current research and clinical work focus on developing and implementing scalable interventions to improve the mental health and well-being of marginalized communities through effective policy change and culturally responsive clinical practice.
