Manage 6–8 concurrent research and clinical trial projects (up to $4M budget) across countries including India, DRC, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Zambia, Guatemala, Mozambique, Mali, and others.• Lead procurement and international logistics for global health studies, overseeing supply chain management, vendor relationship, customs coordination, and in-country distribution.• Develop clinical trial protocols, case report forms (CRFs), SOPs, and manuals of operation; oversee data collection form design and REDCap implementation.• Conduct virtual and in-person training for study staff in English and French, including technical training in West and Central Africa.• Serve as primary client and sponsor liaison, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of contractual milestones.• Support budget development, forecasting, and burn rate tracking using Excel, QuickBooks, and Deltek.• Manage digital file systems and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet) for remote, international teams.• Contribute to proposal development and business development activities for new project acquisition.
