Serve as the senior management advisor and subject matter expert in all Human Capital Strategic areas, to include: workforce planning, workforce development, leadership development, employee engagement and communication to facilitate establishment and ensure accomplishment of the Army Acquisition Workforce Human Capital Strategic Plan.Army Director, Acquisition Career Management\'s (DACM) authority on civilian and military acquisition workforce career development and policy matters, to include creating, managing and coordinating all Army DACM Office policies.Establishes, leads, and/or participates on various integrated product teams (IPTs) internally and externally to the Army DACM Office such as Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and other DACM offices to respond to congressional inquiries/audits; and/or develop execution strategies to facilitate various authorities/missions stipulated under the NDAA.Focal point for all Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology)(ASA(ALT))/Army Acquisition Executive (AAE) concerns, challenges, and priorities with regard to the AAW; and prepares talking points, white papers, information papers, etc. to address the aforementioned concerns, challenges and priorities.
