As Vice President of Operations at Northland Constructors, my focus is on helping our team deliver exceptional results in the fast-paced world of construction. From setting goals to solving challenges, I’m here to make sure things run smoothly and that our skilled Union workforce has everything they need to succeed. With the addition of new technology and a commitment to excellence, I’m proud to help keep Northland at the forefront of civil infrastructure construction in Northern Minnesota.Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in roles such as Asphalt Plant Manager, Assistant Project Manager (Bridge/Concrete Division), and Construction Manager (Asphalt/Paving Division). Each position has taught me something new about the industry, our projects, and what it takes to build success from the ground up.Before joining Northland, I spent 14+ years in Aviation Maintenance, Manufacturing, Training, and Leadership. From keeping planes in the sky to paving roads on the ground, I’ve always loved tackling complex challenges and finding ways to improve how things get done.At the end of the day, I’m passionate about supporting our team, delivering quality work, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
