I lead community stewardship and organisational development for LocalGov Drupal — an open source collaboration between UK councils and suppliers.My work focuses on building a healthy, sustainable ecosystem through inclusive governance, effective systems, and strong relationships. Key contributions include- Co-developing our governance model and setting up the multi-stakeholder co-op now sustaining the project through membership- Leading the design and rollout of our contributions and credits system, and launching our Supporting Partner programme- Facilitating onboarding, peer learning spaces, and regular community events (online and in-person)- Supporting cross-functional working groups — including co-leading our Accessibility Governance Working Group- Developing our community infrastructure (CRM, onboarding flows, Slack engagement, IT systems, website, and wiki)I’ve been involved since LGD’s earliest funding phases and continue to help shape its evolution as a community-led, public digital infrastructure project.
