Cincinnati Milacron Employment History:Worked in Servtek warehouse carpenter shop building boxes to ship out our parts. Began working for Servtek call center in November 2005, taking on the customer research for our phone analysts in December 2011. Became research/repairs manager in July 2012 and helped grow repair business. Promoted to call center supervisor over general parts for our domestic and international departments in January 2014. In 2015 moved our DME call center from Madison Heights, MI to Batavia, OH. In August of 2015 was promoted to Aftermarket warehouse supervisor along with my current duties of call center supervisor over DME. Promoted to Warehouse Operations Manager, overseeing all warehousing operations and main receiving for Milacron’s Batavia facility in May of 2017.
