This technical background allows me to go beyond asset identification, enabling me to assess M&E systems from both a condition and statutory compliance standpoint, delivering more accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.Conduct non-intrusive comprehensive asset collection and verification, ensuring accurate data analysis and schedule of rates.Identify and assess various systems, including fire protection equipment and hot and cold water systems.Provide detailed property appraisals for residential and academic properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Perform site visits to collect M&E assets, using asset tags as reference numbers for the client’s personal CAFM system.Utilise relevant codes such as SFG20, NRM3, and Uniclass when inputting data.
