About Aaron Hargreaves

My personal style is a balance of creativity, structure, responsibility, and humor. I am an early riser and daily meditator who finds some way to be active every day whether it is a workout, hike, or camping in the PNW. I’m a crypto enthusiast starting in 2014 mining Bitcoin and learning how to trade. After discovering the true potential of crypto assets and currencies for the good of humanity, I was a solid HODLer thereafter. I thoroughly enjoy educating myself and with podcasts, articles and experimenting, lately on DeFi, DApps, staking, and yield farming. As a leader I like to be involved in solutioning, though I enjoy letting others manage more technical aspects of work so I can devote my energy to creating a co-operative, comfortable environment. Finding solutions to problems beyond what is currently known, accepted or obvious keeps the work exciting and fresh. I am a team builder who is fantastic at finding and cultivating talent who remember what it is like to be a user. I think of myself and my team as one unit who thrives in challenging environments and delivers results above the bar of what is expected.
