About Aaron Grosser
For more than 25 years, I’ve been managing projects and providing geotechnical design services for embankment and earth dams, mine tailings storage facilities, shallow and deep foundations, earth retention structures, and slope stabilization. I specialize in geotechnical instrumentation and structural monitoring. Examples of my recent project work include managing the geotechnical design and construction of earth dams at a northern Minnesota iron mine’s tailings basin, serving as design manager for the award winning $21.3 million contract for the Trunk Highway 210 slope stabilization design-build project in northern Minnesota, the award winning North Dakota Badlands Landslide Repair along Highway 73, and monitoring a shallow light-rail tunnel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport using tunnel profile monitoring sensors, vibration and tilt sensors, and an automated total station.
