ABOUT AARON GENEREUX

A driven Leader, Project Manager and Professional Engineer with 20+ years supporting Indigenous community and organizations. The cumulative experience includes delivering projects from the Design, Advisory and Management through both Consulting Service and Public Service. Foundational Project Design Engineer experience paired with Tribal Council Engineering & Technical Advisory Services, addressing needs in every asset class adds value to any client. A first generation residential school survivor and proud member of Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory (WUT), cultural values and beliefs are the driving force to ensure the client recieves the best trusted valued service to every time. Trust being the backbone of every good relationship. Expertise with Government funded program delivery including major/minor capital projects, ISC capital project delivery, project management, project initiation, project scope development, project scheduling and budgets, engineering inspections services, feasibility studies and report writing, planning studies for future community development in First Nation communities. Currently the Indigenous Projects Director for Colliers Project Leaders Canada servicing cliental across Canada. Colliers extensive experienced working with Indigenous communities and providing Professional Project Management services with a proven track record of delivering construction projects on-time and on-budget.
