Research the accuracy of dietary supplements and the presence of pharmacopeia drugs and its appropriate use, research the accuracy of cosmetics and the presence of non-permitted colors and claims, and research medical foods and infant formal for labeling accuracy and the presents of all required nutrients as outlined in the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Evaluate the adequacy of evidence contained in reports of inspection, reports of analyses and other pertinent records based on the provisions of the law, regulations, policies, established precedent and current science. Determine whether to concur with or disapprove the recommended action based on the significance of the established violations and the adequacy of the evidence. Write coherent and persuasive decision documents laying out the evaluation of the regulatory action to defend the decision. POC for agency COVID-19 initiative, which we investigated disease claims that were said to cure, mitigate and or treat a disease condition.
