Serves as Deputy and Technical Advisor to the UCM-PSYOP. Exercises responsibility for planning, coordinating, and providing intensive management for all actions related to the integration of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains within PSYOP and the testing, training and fielding of HQ, USASOC chartered PSYOP. Coordinates DOTMLPF-P issues internal to PSYOP with other branch proponent organizations inherent within the PSYOP Groups/Regiment and oversees all user actions for the fielding and training of PSYOP and equipment. Provides guidance to action officers and team members on matters relating to DOTMLPF-P integration and acquisition management. Serves as the team\'s principal point of contact in planning, coordinating and managing overall DOTMLPF-P integration efforts for the PSYOP and acquisition of new materiel for operations, maintenance supervision, management, and support of all programs chartered to the UCM-PSYOP by the USASOC Commanding General.
