With over 25 years of experience in global and regional strategic leadership and technical support in environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) management, most recently the HSE Regional Head Americas at Novartis and Global Technical Head, a leading global pharmaceutical company. I have an MBA and CFPS certification and have expertise in manufacturing, R&D, and commercial operations in a highly regulated industry. An expert in the OSHA, EPA, and international EHSS regulatory compliance and management systems. Leadership strength is a fully integrated understanding of all business supply chain, business development, commercial customer interface, operational efficiency, lean methodology and change management experience. In my previous roles, I have successfully developed and led global initiatives most recently global EHS standardization and process excellence at Johnson & Johnson, and Business Continuity (BCM), EHS design, construction, and process safety management at CSL Behring and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Throughout my career have attained significant experience in crisis management and emergency response, all while maintaining current global technical expertise. I have also contributed to multiple publications and presentations on EHS topics, such as NFPA 51B Hot Work, NFPA 350 Confined Space, Global Safety Culture initiative at Johnson & Johnson. My core competencies include EHS strategy, leadership, communication, BCM and risk management, and continuous improvement.
