Over 20 years of experience building enterprise scale applications, including 10+ years developing cloud scale analytic systems for federal customers. Served as the principle software architect for numerous enterprise systems supporting petabyte+ data requirements. As the ASRC Federal Mission Solutions Chief Data Scientist, is responsible for research and development using a variety of techniques including natural language processing, supervised and unsupervised learning.    Chief Data Scientist for the AI/ML R&D team at ASRC Federal Mission Solutions (AFMS) with a focus on research technologies including machine vision, time series analysis, anomaly detection, natural language processing, and simulation. Independent research includes human cultural and social behaviors in groups mediated by technology. Currently working on some state-of-the-art techniques for multi-object tracking and re-identification, and edge computing.
