I am an active-duty US Air Force Special Operations officer with over 20 years of experience, and I am transitioning to the civilian sector in August 2026. As I look at my next professional chapter, I know that I thrive and inspire others to be their best where team-work, calm confidence, and leadership matter. My reputation among colleagues is built on my down to earth personable style, strong professional presence, and finding and executing practical, streamlined solutions to rapidly evolving, complex situations where high reliability is a must. My background is based in enabling performance in high-consequence operations — aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver reliable outcomes under pressure. I’ve led enterprise-level standards and evaluation programs, managed multimillion-dollar training and operational budgets, and improved organizational effectiveness through process redesign, performance oversight, and leadership development.Additionally, I am a seasoned special operations aviation expert with over flight hours on MC-130 aircraft, serving as both an instructor and evaluator Combat Systems Officer, and I have trained and mentored the next generation of special operations aviators at the MC-130J schoolhouse. My combined background in aviation and engineering allows me to rapidly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly across diverse teams and disciplines.Currently I am exploring roles in the Aerospace & Defense Tech, Aviation, Engineering, and Consulting sectors. I am open to relocating from Albuquerque if the opportunity is right, preferably to Florida or nearby coastal regions, and I don\'t shy away from roles that involve travel.
