Day to day managing all engineering related topics trying to keep production availability at a maximum and downtime at a all time low. Building the engineering department from start to finish for a high structure for the engineering team to have the resources available, integrating a KEY system within the department to have analytical information of KPI, Spares used & downtime across site to capture trends before a major issue has occurred.

Fully qualified electrical & mechanical engineer and recently gained my HNC. Engineering Manager at Europa being heavily involved with the installation, commissioning, implementation and start up of the new capex automation project being installed to Europa’s first ever automated warehouse, Supplied by PSB intralogistics and learning their system deeply for several months to understand how the WMS, WCS & all engineering components function together. Following successful implementation of the automation being installed, I have been passed the responsibility of managing all engineering activities such as making sure the equipment is running to full capacity, managing a team, diagnosing failures, planning maintenance schedules, start up of the maintenance software database to track PPM being carried out and driving KPI throughout the department.
