Gain insight into a variety of different areas within claims and learn about other insurance operations- Learn claim handling processes such as investigation, evaluation, and policy application. Side-by-side with our claims team as they review property and liabilityrelated issues in claim handling interacting with agents, other insurance companies and repair shops- Engage in our mentorship program and interact with senior leadership- Project presentation to solve a business case and present to leadership and/or executives- Participating in volunteer opportunities to get involved and give back to the community
