Innovate and drive strategy to build and measure quality for large-scale online services. Be hands on and become an expert in the WL architecture, network infrastructure and drive initiatives for WL SE including capacity planning and incident reduction. Be proactive in problem management and drive engineering excellence in this critical component of the service. Understand and contribute to effective Monitoring of the critical components of the System. Work in 24x7 support model and carry pager duties. Implement or contribute to service KPI measurement and reporting. Maintain strong partnerships with dependent product development groups, and peer operations teams to effectively manage service growth, utilization, and performance. Drive concurrent projects while ensuring that the execution is appropriately priortized, risk-balanced, and date driven. Document processes, procedures, and tools. Keep them current and relevant.
