Provide support to client leadership responsible for the planning, maintenance, and sustainment of 160 site locations across the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, while performing various planning duties relative to: the provision of technical guidance and oversight of real property, land use, sustainability and force restructure planning; long-range regional planning; facility condition assessment and evaluation; the identification and administration of Military Construction plans and designs; and maintenance and analysis of real property data.Independently collect, assimilate, and manage land use planning, military installation community planning, and urban design project information; prepare project requirements, constraints, opportunity mapping and required analysis; assist in the preparation for and participation in client and stakeholder information meetings, site data collection visits, stakeholder interviews, charrettes, and in-progress reviews; prepare viable project alternatives for evaluation including adaptive reuse, repair, modernization and new construction; and lead preparation of proposed capital investments plans (i.e. illustrations, tables, and narratives) in regional plans and site-specific area development plans.
