Oversee the implementation, curriculum, and refinement of AJC’s nationwide Leaders for Tomorrow (LFT) program to help high school students develop a strong Jewish identity and train them as advocates for Israel and voices against antisemitism.• Work with AJC’s Alexander Young Leadership Department and AJC’s Contemporary Jewish Life Department to design, update, and adapt the national LFT curriculum to meet the needs of Jewish students.• Create curriculum, marketing, and recruitment strategy for LFT regions, lay leadership, and outside partners, including managing the administration of LFT across the country. • Serve as AJC’s expert voice on issues pertaining to Jewish students, parents, and educators within the high school sphere.• Liaise with high school administrators on issues relevant to Jewish students, including addressing anti-Israel incidents, antisemitism, and inclusion of the Jewish experience into DEI spaces.
