This role also leads the development and execution of strategic brand programs, events, and partnerships that align with Shiekh’s mission to serve as a cultural hub for fashion, music, and lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Management • Identify and vet brand-relevant talent (influencers, musicians, creatives, athletes) for partnerships, campaigns, and activations. • Develop talent outreach strategies that align with brand campaigns and cultural moments. • Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines for talent engagements. • Serve as the primary liaison between Shiekh Shoes and partnered talent to ensure alignment and deliverables.Program Development & Direction • Conceptualize and launch lifestyle-driven programs such as the Shiekh Circle, creator residencies, in-store experiences, and performance series. • Develop program frameworks that offer talent access to Shiekh resources (e.g, studio space, retail stores, content production). • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail teams to integrate programs into broader brand initiative
