I\'m helping to create the future of augmented reality by designing and building AR glasses in a pretty incredible form factor. As the first PDE working on this team, I was privileged to get to start with a completely blank whiteboard. Since then, I\'ve worked on everything from hinge mechanisms, carbon fiber composite parts, numerous molded plastic & metal parts, deep drawn stamped parts, laser welds, FPCs, interconnects, batteries, speakers (and alternative audio output solutions), microphones, etc. I had a 2 year stint as a manager. Most recently, I\'m leading an effort to design for repairability and recoverability in an effort to build lower cost and more sustainable products and having a blast doing so.
