As the Chief Development officer at Cloverleaf Infrastructure, I am responsible for delivering all aspects of land in our Powered Land delivery. This includes land brokerage, due diligence, planning and zoning permissions, development agreements, water delivery, early works permits, including environmental, wetlands, and air quality. Community engagement and transparency are cornerstones of my work. At Cloverleaf, we successfully sold three powered land sites to the colocation and hyperscale datacenter providers. These sites total 5+GW of power and 3,500 acres.Our current pipeline comprises 12+GW of power in 10 states, set to continue to deliver powered land in 2027, 2028, and 2029.
