As a trained and certified Crowd Safety Manager, Aaron has over 26 years of experience working with industry teams to manage all aspects of planning, delivery and follow-up pertaining to safety, security, crowd safety and emergency management for live events for crowds up to guests (2017 Canada Day at Canada Place, Vancouver, BC). He is currently contracted as the Director of Security and Crowd Safety for festivals with Live Nation Canada throughout western Canada. He has written and delivered training to industry staff, supervisors and managers pertaining to: all aspects of event and commercial property security; crime prevention; workplace wellness; violence prevention; personal safety; documentation and report writing; communication skills; and incident and emergency preparation and response. He has created and implemented a successful supervisor and manager development program.
