Scale breaks down when planning, supply chain, and execution aren’t aligned.My background is in semiconductor equipment, advanced materials, and Silicon Carbide (SiC) manufacturing. I focus on building the operational structure that allows production to scale with discipline: supplier alignment, ERP and MES integration, S & OP cadence, inventory strategy, production scheduling, and Clear-to-Build rigor.I’ve worked in environments where resources were constrained by rework rates, low yield, unverified routings, and unclear capacity assumptions. In those settings, planning cannot operate in isolation.
