ABOUT AARON B.

I am the type of guy who will join my friend and try yoga, snowboard in shorts and willingly put myself in danger to save my battle buddy. I proudly served with some of the finest people I’ve ever known, and had the privilege of leading them to over 57 close combat missions without losing a single friend. That type of pressure and camaraderie truly reveals your best qualities. With this, the Army has made me able to live life to the fullest and be a friend that I would want to have. The U.S. Army has given me the resolve to operate with HONESTY and INTEGRITY in every facet of my life; most often is in my career. I most importantly learned how to be a life-long learner, and am always in pursuit of growth in my career and personal development. My work experiences and my service in the U.S. Army have made me able to learn more of my country and our roots as U.S. Citizens. Innovation is a sometimes overused word that means different things to different people and organizations. Stripped to its essence, though, innovation represents the act of making things work better today and tomorrow than they did yesterday. That much is pretty universal. Choosing which problems to dedicate your life to – that’s where it gets personal. One problem might take a month to crack. The next one might take a decade. There are issues that trouble whole departments – and others that affect the entire planet.The problems you choose to focus on are the ones that define you. They tell the world what you care about, and where you believe you can make a difference. My diverse skill-set makes me a talented, hit the ground running manager that has always delivered above and beyond expectations.
