Performed DFMEA analysis to expose, grade, and evaluate potential risks in the mechanical design of novel linear generator device- Developed test plans to qualify both major and minor design changes- Built database systems in Quickbase to manage reliability tests and inspections throughout testing lifecycle- Wrote system-level validation plans and worked with test engineers to manage the execution of testing for ECO qualification- Estimated component reliability up to 20 years using HALT and ALT tests, performing acceleration factor calculations using standard models (Arrhenius, Miner\'s Rule, Eyring)- Built out tailored models for more specialized components (e.g, Kevlar composite, epoxy degradation)- Designed and built several custom HALT tests, including coolant flow bench, environmental and fatigue test of epoxy and polyurethane- In August 2024, hired and began managing a junior engineer, who primarily works on test bench development
