Facility Executive – Soft ServicesClient Site: HCLTech 126 (NSEZ)Currently responsible for end-to-end management of soft services operations at a corporate client site, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and a high standard of workplace Coordinate Manpower, venders, Clients and maintain hygiene and safety.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Managing soft services operations for a facility spread across approximately sq. ft. with a workforce of around 2,500 employees across 7 floors (Tower-2) • Responsible for end-to-end vendor and manpower management to ensure uninterrupted facility services • Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including dashboards and operational trackers • Ensuring compliance with daily checklists, SOPs, and quality standards • Providing operational support during high-level events, audits, and business meetings • Conducting regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service efficiency • Ensuring all team members and vendors strictly follow safety guidelines, statutory requirements, and best practices • Monitoring the proper usage of PPE and safety signage across the facility
