ABOUT AARISH BHARDWAJ P. ENG

Aarish Bhardwaj is a Professional Mechanical Engineer registered in the province of Saskatchewan and Ontario. Aarish has 8+ years of engineering experience in underground mining and surface process plant infrastructure. Aarish is currently functioning as shaft engineer at BHP Jansen, responsible for execution of shaft lining construction packages. He is responsible for preparation and execution of Field Installation Work Packages for Composite Shaft Liner for two shafts simultaneously. Aarish spent a year at Vale Smelter in Sudbury Ontario as Project Coordinator responsible for creating, awarding, managing, and executing several projects including generating scope of work, budgets, schedules, deliverables, managing consultants, and reviewing engineering deliverables. Aarish also was heavily involved with planning the construction scope for K1 Compaction plant. Other planning experience include planning for Nickel Rim Depth Mine Detail engineering as the Area Lead. Aarish had the opportunity of providing his skill set towards the design of surface and underground bulk material handling, mine dewatering, process and raw water supply, compressed air supply, mine support infrastructure, underground material transportation logistics, shaft sinking, skips, cages, ropes, and shaft lining.Aarish has been responsible for writing, awarding and managing several equipment packages and vendors including separator screens, conveyors, pumps, regrind plant, filters, fans, heaters, bucket elevators, grizzlys, rock breakers, picking arms, skips, cages, and ropes. Aarish has written and managed construction packages for roaster utilities rebuild.
