Responsible to connect with on-site Field Service Engineer and Customers, for smooth Overseas Project delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems in North America, South America, Europe, UK and Middle East region.• Provide subject matter expertise in support of the technical interactions during project development, project execution, product presentation and training support to Sales and Service team.• Actively manages project changes directly with the Client in coordination with R&D and Project department in HQ.• Make sure PCS, BESS, DCDC and Battery Pack compatibility with LC, BSC, CMU and BMU communication together with system integrated with HVAC and FSS (as per NFPA regulations) for different range Projects at 0.25C/0.5C/1C rate.• Setup EMS/SCADA communication system of client with Battery Energy Storage System (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP) to monitor and control system as per requirements.• Co-work with R&D team in China to solve and improve product quality problems, support after sales and service technical issues for smooth project delivery. • Monitor and manage project execution of various Battery Energy Storage Solution projects include engineering, construction support, quality check and commissioning support during entire process of Project Delivery. • Involve actively with both customer and Field Service team during cold commissioning, hot commissioning and Tests such as Capacity test, AVR test, RTE test, FFR test and FSS test etc.
