About Aarie Liebreich
I have extensive experience in the real estate technology space working with SFR and BTR investors to improve workflows through data and technology. My career expanded into commercial real estate through graduating from the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington where I studied real estate development and finance. This work included extensive housing policy research and market analysis. My passions lie in use of housing development, sustainability, and technology to build human centric communities.

At the nation\'s largest homebuilder, I focus on feasibility and entitlements of single family housing subdivisions. My primary focus is on project management across all aspects of the deal such as contractor coordination, technical report review, plat document review/revision/and submittal, management of timelines, and working with city officials. This position requires a deep understanding of property transactions, legal frameworks, and site plan feasibility. Substantial time is spent developing, reviewing, and reworking site plans to account for topography, soil compositions, and critical areas. My previous experience with transactions and market analysis has aided substantially in the management of purchase and sales agreements and city regulations to facilitate smoother project timelines.
